The Harvard Medical Park Management team consists of four Board Members, who meet regularly to update on various projects, i.e. remodels, new tenants, and budgeting.

From 1965 to 1984, Harvard Medical Park, Inc. was managed by a Board of Directors elected annually, with a Chairman or President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.

The business office for billing and collection of rents and lease administration was established, and evolved from part-time to full-time under Donna Baker, then Lela Green. Marlin Larsen, Ph.D., B.L.D. was retained as Medical Laboratory Director in 1979, and from 1980 to 1984 helped oversee the real estate functions as Supervisor of Lela Green. In June 1984, the reorganized Harvard Medical Park Ltd., and Oregon Limited Partnership contracted with Marlin Larsen’s consulting service company, M. Larsen & Associates, Inc. to take responsibility for day-to-day management and lease administration, a contract which has been renewed numerous times through the present year of 2006.

The current HMP Board of Directors consists of the four members of 1800 West Harvard Management Group, LLC: Robert Bennett, M.D., Chairman; Alan Liesinger, D.M.D., Treasurer; Joel Lee, M.D., Secretary: and Marlin Larsen, General Manager.

My pediatric practice has been located at Harvard Medical Park for 11 years. The availability of on site lab, pharmacy and radiologic services is of great importance to myself, my patients and the efficiency of my practice. Shareholder opportunities in this large and steadily growing real estate development are an added benefit that I have taken advantage of. We are located in an easily accessible part of town that is convenient for both my patients as well as my access to the hospital. Harvard Medical Park has been and will continue to be an ideal place for my practice.
